6. But the huge quantities of jet fuel created a huge inferno that melted the steel of the core columns and caused the collapse, didn’t it?
Jet fuel, which is a varient of kerosene, burns about 1300 degrees farenheit if well-oxygenated. Most estimates are that the jet fuel would have burned off after about ten minutes, so a fire of ordinary office furniture likely was much lower than that. Jet fuel does not enter into the Building 7 explanation, since it was not hit by a plane. Dark smoke, characteristic of the towers, indicates an oxygen-starved fire, and a report by firemen on the 78th floor of the South tower indicated a couple of pockets of fire that could be handled by a couple of lines. Approximately ten minutes later, that building collapsed. There is a basic incompatibility between the reports of the on-scene firefighters indicating a fire that was waning, with a fire-induced collapse of that building after less than an hour of fire. The number of ways in which the collapse characteristics of the WTC towers diverge from fire-induced collapses is total - that is the collapse showed all the characteristics of an explosive-caused collapse, and none of those of a fire-induced collapse, of which there are zero in recorded history with which to compare, when it comes to steel framed buildings. In any case, nothing alleged by the government would account for the quantities of molten metal found under the wreckage of all three buildings, and confirmed by rescue workers, photographic evidence and NASA sensors, which found temperatures above 1300 degrees several weeks later. High explosives explain those temperatures and the persistence of them. Fire does not.
